    Data Deletion Instructions

    Overview

    We at RO'YA Digital respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our systems.

    What Data Do We Hold?

    We may hold the following types of your data:

    1. Contact form data: Name, phone, email, and messages you sent through our website
    2. Contracted client data: Account information, contract details, communications
    3. Connected Meta data: If you connected your Facebook/Instagram account to our platform, we hold information about your pages and leads
    4. Analytics data: Anonymous browsing data (not linked to your identity)

    How to Request Data Deletion

    Method 1: Via Email (Fastest)

    Send an email to info@royadigital.com containing:

    • Subject: "Personal Data Deletion Request"
    • In the body:
      • Your full name
      • The email address you used when contacting us
      • Phone number (if any)
      • What type of data you want to delete (all / contact form / Meta account data / etc.)

    Method 2: Via Contact Form

    Use the contact form on our website and clearly state "Data Deletion Request."

    Method 3: Disconnect Meta Connection (For Contracted Clients)

    If you connected your Facebook/Instagram account to our platform and only wish to revoke the connection:

    1. Go to Facebook Business Tools Settings
    2. Find "Roya Digital CRM" in the list of connected apps
    3. Click "Remove"

    This action will immediately revoke our access to your Meta account, but will not automatically delete previously collected data. To delete this data as well, please contact us using one of the methods above.

    What Happens After Submitting a Request?

    1. Acknowledgment: We will send you confirmation within 48 hours
    2. Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent fraudulent deletion
    3. Processing: We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days
    4. Final confirmation: We will send you notification when deletion is complete

    Exceptions

    We may retain certain data even after a deletion request in the following cases:

    • Legal requirements: Israeli law requires us to keep accounting records for 7 years
    • Open legal claims: If there are active claims or disputes
    • Fraud prevention: Limited data may be retained to prevent abuse
    • Anonymous data: Analytics data not linked to your identity remains for statistical purposes

    External Partners

    We share some data with external partners (Formspree, Google Analytics, Vercel). When deleting your data from our systems, we will also request our partners to delete it. However, you should contact them directly if you want to confirm deletion:
